Welcome,

I'm so glad you're here.

I offer trauma-informed, neuro-affirming therapy, virtually throughout South Carolina, for the parts of you that are ready to come home.

Coming Home to Yourself

"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." — Carl Rogers

There is a kind of homesickness that has nothing to do with a place. It's the ache of having wandered so far from yourself, through everyone else's expectations, everyone else's version of who you should be, that you've forgotten the way back.

Change doesn't begin with force. It begins, paradoxically, with acceptance, with finally being met, exactly as you are, without flinching. That's what this space is for. Not to reshape you into someone new, but to help you remember who you were before the world asked you to be smaller, quieter, easier.

You already hold the capacity for change. You always have. My work is to walk beside you as you find your way home — not to who you used to be, but to who you've been all along, underneath everything.
